We reserved a room for one night, using the hotel's heated indoor pool and hot tub and on-site restaurant to celebrate an event. Room appeared clean, though we didn't stay overnight. Staff was friendly and professional, clear about amenities and guidelines for pool use. However, noted missing cushions from lounge chairs in the pool area, floor mats hanging on railing outside the hotel restaurant for multiple days, and dried spills in the elevator and on the sidewalk. Generally a nice but aging property.

The room was in poor shape. The mattresses were saggy, there were several tiles on the bathroom floor that weren’t attached, the bathroom wall was stained. There were never cookies available when we came and went. The staff was nice, but the rest was disappointing. I do t recommend this hotel until some upkeep is done. The lobby furniture was grossly stained. Not what I’m used to with Hilton.

Wonderful experience

Quick and smooth check in and check out process. Clean room! Only downside was that the beds were really uncomfortable.

Rooms were clean, amenities were fun, breakfast was good especially the biscuits and gravy. Staff was nice. We will be a returning client.
